Train safe. SCRAMBLE is a fitness app, not medical advice. Check with a doctor before you start a new exercise program, clear the space around you, and stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

Agreement

These terms cover your use of the SCRAMBLE! app and fadequarters.com, both run by Custodio Systems LLC ("we", "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app or the site.

Health and safety

Boxing and reaction training are physical activities, and every workout carries some risk of injury. You're responsible for deciding whether a workout is right for you, and for training within your limits. In particular:

• Talk to a doctor first if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, an injury, are pregnant, or haven't exercised in a while.
• Train in a clear space, away from furniture, walls, people and pets, on a surface that isn't slippery.
• Set your phone somewhere stable, out of punching range.
• Stop right away if you feel pain, faint, dizzy or short of breath.

Nothing in the app or on this site is medical advice. You use SCRAMBLE at your own risk.

Using the app

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use SCRAMBLE on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial training. If you downloaded it from the App Store, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where these terms and Apple's agreement differ, Apple's agreement wins for anything about the App Store.

Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer or modify the app, use it to break the law, or try to interfere with how it works.

Price and changes

SCRAMBLE is free to download. If we add paid features in the future, their price and terms will be shown before you buy, and payments will be handled by Apple. We may update, change or retire features over time.

Our content

The FadeQuarters and SCRAMBLE! names, logos, artwork, sounds, workouts, combo lists and guides belong to Custodio Systems LLC or our licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond using the app as described above.

No warranty

We work hard to make SCRAMBLE reliable, but the app and site are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't promise that they'll always be available, error-free, or right for your fitness goals.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Custodio Systems LLC isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any injury, loss or damage resulting from your use of the app or site. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using SCRAMBLE at any time by deleting it. We may suspend access if these terms are broken.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using SCRAMBLE after an update, you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state where Custodio Systems LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
