Common questions

How do I start a workout?

Open SCRAMBLE, pick your level (beginner, intermediate or advanced) and how long you want to train, then tap start. Lean your phone somewhere you can see it from a few steps back, get your hands up and throw what it calls.

Why does SCRAMBLE need my camera?

It shows your live camera view while you train. The video stays on your phone. It's never recorded or uploaded. If you said no to camera access, open the iPhone Settings app, find SCRAMBLE in the list of apps and turn Camera on.

Can I play my own music?

Yes. Start your playlist in Spotify, Apple Music or any other app first. SCRAMBLE's cues play over the top instead of stopping your music.

What do the numbers mean?

Each number is a punch: 1 jab, 2 cross, 3 lead hook, 4 rear hook, 5 lead uppercut, 6 rear uppercut. So "1 - 2 - 6" means jab, cross, rear uppercut. The How To Box guide in the app explains every punch, defense move and combo.

How long are the rounds?

Rounds are 1:30, 2:00 or 3:00, with 30, 45 or 60 seconds of rest after each. Beginner uses the shorter rounds and advanced the longer ones. You'll hear a countdown 10 seconds before each round ends.

Will my screen turn off mid-round?

No. SCRAMBLE keeps your screen awake while a round is running. If you switch apps or take a call, the workout pauses so you don't lose your place.

Can I turn off sounds or vibration?

Yes. Open Settings in the app to switch sound and haptics on or off, change the tempo and cadence, mirror the camera, or reduce motion.

Is SCRAMBLE on Android?

Not yet. We're launching on iPhone first. Email us if you'd like to hear when Android is ready.

Does SCRAMBLE collect my data?

No. There are no accounts, ads or tracking, and your settings stay on your phone. Read the privacy policy for the details.
